Five Questions Friday 10/14/11

Thank goodness it's the weekend. I'm hoping to have a reprieve from all the craziness of this week, but it's only for the weekend, because come Monday it'll be back to all of the craziness. Such is life. But I've had enough of speed bumps, and potholes for awhile. (I mean these in regard to life, speed bumps and potholes in life just to clarify. :) Anyway, onto the fun!

1. Do you prefer your ice cream in a bowl or in a cone?

It totally depends on three things a) What kind of ice cream I am eating/craving, b)What ice cream establishment I am purchasing from, and c) The kind of cone we're talking about.
I love the sugar cones on drumsticks, just for the record. If I'm at Coldstone, a bowl is totally the way to go for me, because the ice cream itself is filling enough without a cone. If I go to the Dairy Freeze in town, I almost always get a plain old ice cream cone. If I'm at Dairy Queen, many times I go for a blizzard, but sometimes I have a chocolate crunch cone. Yeah, and sometimes it depends on my mood. Haha

2. What three things do you love the smell of?

I love smelling like three of my lotions especially: Victoria Secret's PINK Fruity and Bright, Sweet pea from Bath and Body Works, and Victoria Secret's Sheer Love.

3. Giftcards or no? (In regards to gift giving...)

I say sometimes giftcards are the way to go. Especially if the person for whom you are buying a gift is super difficult to buy gifts for. Or, you simply don't know them well enough to know what they want for a gift. There are only so many "universal" gifts, and I feel giftcards are a good one. Plus, you can give giftcards for places to eat, which is almost always a good gift, and great for parents and grandparents. So yeah, I guess you could say I'm "pro-giftcard".

4. What sports did you play in high school if any and do you still play them?

I never played sports in high school, sadly enough. I always wanted to, but my family never had the money for it. I did dance in elementary school and loved it, but I gave it up a long time ago.

5. Were you in band in high school? What instrument did you play?

I wasn't in band in high school, but I was in band in middle school. I played both the clarinet and the saxophone, but I gave them up as well. I always wished I could go back to that, but for now singing will have to do.
