It wasn't what I wanted...but...

At least the neurologist, Dr. P is doing testing to try to figure out what is going on with my body. It's already very tired. I'm still very tired, and I'm in pain but I look at it this way- I'm still able to walk, I can breathe on my own, and despite being tired and in pain, I live. Dr. P (neurologist) is looking at doing the following things:
1) A consult with a urologist (scheduled for tomorrow morning)
2) Testing on my autonomic system's functioning (scheduled tomorrow afternoon)
3) EEG (Electroencephalogram)
4) MRI of my brain
5) Follow Up appointment

The consult with the urologist is to figure out what is causing these bladder spasms. We're trying to get it so that I can sleep better (stop the bladder spasms at night), and alter my nutritional status for the better. In addition, she wants to figure out what is going on with my autonomic nervous system in addition to ruling out whether or not I'm actually having seizures or if this is something else. She said it could possibly be physiological seizures or  what she called pseduo seizures. The follow up appointment with Dr. P (neurologist) is on Wednesday September 21 at 4 PM. We will be going over the test results and I am hoping and praying desperately that I will be able to return to work that Friday. Earlier that day at 8:30 AM I have an appointment with my PCP, Dr. P. I will be praying that I will finally get some answers and I will be able to get back into the swing of work. I miss my little family at the Home so much! My coworkers and the residents are my little family and I'm so blessed to have them in my life and I love them so much. It's difficult to be around them when I can't be there to work and be with them. My hope and prayer is that I will be back in no time.

In the mean time, I will have a chance to get ahead and work hard on moving and getting a good start in school.
